block有两种语法：
/......<if|unless> block <坐标><方块>......
这是检测某个指定地方的方块类型是否是指定方块。
/......<if|unless> block <开始坐标><结束坐标><对照区域下西北角坐标>
这个就类似于/e，只不过它不是复制，而是对比这两个区域。
可以选择对照的方式，即全部对照（all）或者是忽略空气（masked）。
