        他口中的乔主任是昌顺市政府办主任，乔振兴，至于刘市长，则是昌顺市长刘乐山。

        “也就是说，不是省里不想来铜山矿业，而是市里不让？”

        唐俊峰问道。

        “是这个意思。”

        董耀确认道。

        “那就好。”
