        “三年一考核，合格者留，不合格者去。贪赃枉法者，杀。”

        “朕能给你们官位，也能随时拿回来。”

        “明白吗？”

        十人齐声道：“臣等明白！”

        “去吧。”朱由检摆手，“明日就赴任。”
