        散会之后老店的厨师长严师傅过来跟我说：“谭厨，啥时候有时间也到老店开开例会，我们老店几乎不开例会，我也不会开。”

        “不会开就练着自己开，慢慢就习惯了。”我笑着对他说。

        “以后我每天早上过来听听你开例会，跟你学学。”
